Great presentation! What specificity and sensitivity do you goal for a prerace screening test that you will implement? In other words how many false positives are we willing to accept per life saved? How are you making those calculations?
With a sensitivity of 76% and sensitivity of 88% and assuming and approximate pretest probability for CI of 0.1% the posttest probability after a positive result is 0.63% and the false positive rate of 12%
